Über Carmen

Der Aufenthalt bei Carmen war perfekt, sehr nett, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute lage und man ist in 10 Min zu Fuß am Placa catalunia. Die Wohnung hat keinen Fahrstuhl und wenn man Einkaufen war sind es schon sehr viele Treppen bis zur Wohnung. Sehr sehr schöne große Terasse.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carmens fine place. The best about the flat was the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy your meal. We had enough space for 3 people. All in all the aparment is perfect for a stay in Barcelona, just the innerspring mattress could get replaced and you have to be in a good condition because the flat is seven flights up without an elevator :) thank you for the welcomingdrink and the good sandwiches!

Had a Lovely time in Barcelona and the apartment. It was clean and had a nice position on top of the building with big terrace at the front side. The bedroom was situated towards the back yard and was very quiet. But be prepared to climb an awful lot of stairs :-) If you realize you forgot something when you get to the bottom you probably won't climb all the way up again if it's not very necessary. It was very hot weather during my stay so the air conditioner was absolutely necessary. Something I missed in the kitchen was a decent knife to cut bread, vegetables and so on. And maybe a bigger mirror to see how you appear Before going out to the city Life. I wouid very much recommend this flat if the stairs are no issue for you. Will rent this Place again if I get the chance.

El apartamento era muy bien! Es muy limpio y es cerca del centro de la ciudad.

The apartment was really great! It was clean and very close to the center of the city.
Highly recommended if you don't mind walking up a couple of stairs and the tarrace is absolutely gorgeous!

Die Unterkunft war gut zu Fuß über die U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die "Wohnung" ist sehr groß und bestens für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Das Beste an der Wohnung war die Dachterrasse!!!, leider ist das Bett etwas klein, wackelig und nicht sonders bequem.

El apartamento me ha encantado. Es mucho más amplio de lo que parecen las fotos. Tiene un salón muy grande . La terraza también es muy grande y adecuada tanto para una cena con buen tiempo, como para desayunar al sol.
La cocina es muy espaciosa y dispone de todas las cosas necesarias para la estancia.
En definitiva, volvería a alquilar este apartamento sin dudarlo.

Die Wohnung war von der Lage her super: In kurzer Zeit kamen wir mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt. Auch waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Bäcker, Supermarkt, ..., in der Nähe. Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen, war lediglich der Boden geputzt. Die Toilette, das Waschbecken, die Dusche waren nur oberflächig gereinigt. Dies galt auch für die Küche. Das war sehr unschön und ekelig. Die Decke im Schlafzimmer hatte Flecken... What was good? The metro was nearby. But the flat wasn´t clean. The bathroom and the kitchen weren´t cleaned really good. We found it disgusting.

Alles super gelaufen. Sehr angenehme und funktionelle Wohnung. Werde weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was very nice. Everything is kept clean and looks very nice. There is a full bedroom with a queen/full (not sure but it fits 2 people) bed as well as the living/dining room and bathroom and kitchen. The roof top patio is a gorgeous space with an active view and a table to eat or relax outside. The kitchen is not fully-equipped for cooking but simple things are do-able. There is also a washing machine for clothes that you are allowed to use. The street it is located on has a lot of great cafes and is a 10 min walk to two different metro lines. Overall, I would recommend it.

this flat is the perfect place to discover the hot spots and experience the rhythm of barcelona from the top (terrace).

This is a very well situated flat (not far from the metro, lots of cafes, not a sketchy area). The flat was larger than we had expected, and was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet too. The patio was great, and has a nice view of the city, but the corresponding stairs up to the flat might make it difficult for someone with a lot of heavy luggage (not a problem for us). A great experience! Thoughtful touches, like brochures for tourist activities in Barcelona and restaurants were nice :)

Alles hat gut geklappt, obwohl wir später ankamen als angekündigt. In der 7. Etage ist man froh, nichts unten vergessen zu haben... Die Dachterrasse ist eine Schau! Leider roch es in der Wohnung stark nach Abwasser, was wahrscheinlich am undichten Waschbeckenabfluss lag. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, aber die Küche und die Waschmaschmaschine hätten mal eine Grundreinigung nötig. Wenn man das alles vorher weiß, ist die Wohnung eine gute Wahl. Die Tiefgarage auf der rückwärtigen Seite des gegenüberliegenden Blocks ist sicher und nicht zu teuer.

Le logement est conforme à la description: spacieux, lumineux , proche à la fois de la gare Sants, de la place d'Espagne et de la place de Catalogne.
Il y a un arrêt de bus devant l'immeuble et un supermarché à proximité.
Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes car il est situé à un cinquième étage sans ascenseur.

Muchas gracias a Carmen por su súper piso. Es muy limpio y tiene gran terraza. Todo funciona bien. El único punto negativo son los siete pisos sin ascensor.
