We didn't get the apartment we booked - the substitution was not really very clean even if the location was pretty good.

This is an ideal apartment for 12 people. Everyone has their space. The terrace is very pleasant. One caveat with the lack of dishes. This does not correspond at all with the carrying capacity.

The roof top terrace is great, huge and well equipped.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung, perfect gelegen. Die Terasse ist das Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wahrlich phantastisch - absolut empfehlenswert (Dass Bilder häufig stark geschönt sind, ist nichts Neues, will ich nicht groß ankreiden) . Wir hatten die Wohnung mit neun Personen gemietet und fanden eine WHG vor, die dafür nicht geeignet ist und die Carla auch nicht dafür vorbereitet hatte. Die Betten und Decken mussten wir einzeln kontrollieren, mal fehlte dieses mal jenes….Die Küche verfügt über sehr neue Geräte(Spül,- Waschmaschine und Trockner) ansonsten eher ein Schrotthaufen, bzw. fehlt enorm viel Zeug – von Brotmesser, Messer überhaupt, ) große Teller waren immerhin da, auch 3 Suppenteller, keine kleinen Teller,……… 2 (von 3)Töpfen gehören in den Müll…., Duschhalterung abgebrochen. Bett undStühle wurden am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert Anderes nicht. Meine Erfahrungen sind leider dieselben wie die von Patrick (siehe tripadvisor) Klaus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft , vor allem die Terrasse war ein Traum .Die Lage ist sehr gut man kommt gut überall hin sehr zentral gelegen ,wir sind oft zu Fuß gegangen .Für mehrere Leute optimal .Küche könnte moderner sein ,für ein paar Tage OK .

Die Ersatzgestellung war keine gute Alternative!

nice apartment, really big, good standard, fantastic big terasse, near to the center and the metro station, nice and interesting style! Wlan works fine. etc. etc. All 5 of us were totally happy...! ;)

Très bel appartement, relativement bien situé et bien équipé.
Seule chose à laquelle penser, prévoir des petites enceintes si vous voulez écouter de la musique sur la terrasse.

Die Lage ist für einen Barcelona-Aufenthalt perfekt. Alles ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Wir waren 10 Frauen und haben uns super wohl gefühlt, die Dachterrasse genossen und die individuelle Einrichtung, auch wenn ein paar Dinge renovierungsbedürftig sind ;-) wenn man das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis anschaut und die Lage paßt das.

Wer auf superschick verzichten kann aber nicht auf Gemütlichkeit & Flair ist hier genau richtig!!! Die Lage ist ein Traum denn es ist sehr zentral. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht inc. Waschmaschiene. Die Terasse ist ein Traum und hat sogar einen Grill!!!

Die Dachterasse und das tolle alte MF-Haus mit Fahrstuhl reißt es raus!

Die Terasse und die räumliche Aufteilung war für unseren Familienurlaub sehr pasend. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckdienlich, eine Spülmaschine ist ja schonmal viel wert ;).

I cannot rate the actual flat, because instead, we got another one. The owner of the flat we had booked had decided to use it himself on very short notice (we were told the night before arrival). The flat we got was okay, fantastic location, reasonably clean, with a distinct smell of paint.

Die Lage ist gut, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, eine U-Bahn Station ist allerdings auch in der Nähe. Es gibt einen netten Balkon, der zum Chillen einlädt. Super geeignet für einen Gruppenurlaub, 7 Zimmer und 200 qm sprechen für sich, auch gibt es zwei Badezimmer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Küche ist schon recht alt und wurde noch nicht wirklich saniert. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

I passed some wonderful days in Barcelona. The apartment has a fantastic terrace and is easily reachable from the airport. The airportbus tops just around the corner. You can walk to center in a few minutes. I'll come back, for sure!

Great and cosy apartment awesome located, you just open the door and the beach is right infront of you! The rooms are nicely done up and i just loved the bathroom with it´s stony look.
The supermarket in the neighborhood and some great restaurant around to eat fish and Paella and to drink a delicious Sangria at the beach!
The only negative thing were the building works on the house next door, which made really big noise in the morning, so that we can not sleep. It would have been great if we knew about the works befor we arrived, but i guess the´ll be done soon ;)
All in all a awesome apartment directly at the beach.

Very spacious flat with historic flair close to the center of the barri gotic.
Beautiful entrance hall with impressive staircase. Inside joist ceiling, low, but with ample space even for large families or groups. Windows face a comparatively quiet lane. Kitchen well equipped. Very enjoyable accommodation! On the downside: Located on the second floor, hence rather dark (lighting needed all day), windows - and doors inside the flat - offer hardly any noise protection. In summary, perfect for families or groups who value historic ambience over modern amenities.

It's really a fantastic host, you got all you need there for an accomont price ...

We spent 5 days in this wonderful apartment! It is perfectly located close to the "Ramblas" and the beach aswell...Carla is a very friendly and relaxed host! Thank you again and see you soon

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé en bas des Ramblas. 4chambres toutes différentes et toutes tres jolies. Le hammac dans le salon-chambre est un plus!
