  Brenda didn't read the description of the apartment and had no idea what she was booking. The expected a hotel with an elevator, air conditioning and 24 hour service. Her manners were very rude as she never said "please", "thank you" or even addressed us by name, instead ordering us around like servants. After explaining the apartment to her for almost an hour, she still wasn't able to use the washing machine or dishwasher and kept complaining about the heat, which was set at a comfortable 20° C.
