Über zarifi

I can't say something about this flat, because we did not see it. Due to some constructions at the building next to it, our host offered us another flat just around the corner. But that flat was really, really nice. It is located in Cigangir, definenately the hippest place just a few minutes away from the shopping street Istiklal caddesi. Many hipster, tourists, and ceative people, but also thr original Cihangir people. Many bars, cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, hair-dressers, hamams, galleries, antiques and so on. Even though the street was crowded till 2-3 am, we slept very well (the bedroom is at the backside of the house). We will definitely come back and stay there again and are looking forward for it.

We had a wonderful place at Beyoglu Quarter, allthough our first place was out of use due to construction works. Teshekur ederim for some really great days at Istanbul!!

The flat was very nicely located near the coolest places of cool Istanbul, lovely furnished and very wel looked after. It is an attic with a small balkony (only sky view ;). It had a fully equipped kitchen (although no coffee maker but the turkish way), washing machine, ipod music station, books. We felt very much at home in this quiet Istanbul/Cihangir refuge!
