Housing Rules ------------------- Check-in Rules Guests have to provide a copy of their passport upon check-in. And they are expected to fill-in check-in form on the spot. Guests are expected to check in between 09:00 and 18:00, Beyond this time period, they will be charged extra €50 for special arrangements. Guests are required to clarify the exact Check-in time at least 3 days before arrival on 9flats, later then that will be subjected to pay €50 for fast arrangements. Waiting time is 30 minutes from the exact clarfied time and beyond this time period €50 will be charged hourly. By any failure or misunderstanding, we are not responsible to pay any extra expense for anything. All fines applied upon check-in will be required to pay upon check-in by cash and in Euro currency. Without this, apartment keys will not be handed over to guests. Check-out Rules Guests are expected to check out between 08:30 and 12:00, Beyond this time period, they will be charged for an extra night. Guests are expected to inform check-out time upon check-in, and write it in our check-in form. Guests are required to not to leave the apartment before check-out time. They can only leave before check-out time in case of emergency. Then they have to leave the apartment keys on a kitchen table and properly close the apartment and main door. Failure to do so, may applied extra charges will range from €100 to €5000. General Rules This is to clarify that apartments address is as follows: Toronow strasse 68, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany This is to clarify that Germany dailing code is 0049. So guests are expected to dial this from international number, before calling our customer service number. This is to clarify that we are not expected to pay any charges, which will be applies on us after the completion of stay. We will not pay any charges for outside stay in any circumstances, except If any inconvenience caused during guest stay or upon arrival through us. Then we are only responsible to make relocation of guests through our own arrangements. If guests selected their own place of stay, then we are not responsible to pay anything. Guests are not expected to bring any animal or smoke in our apartments and in stairs as well. Failure to do so, will be subjected to pay €300 per day. Upon stay, number of people will be the same or less as clarify upon booking. If more people will come then the booking, then guests are expected to pay full amount i.e. €50 per person per night right on spot only in case if we agreed to compensate additional guest. Guests will not try to repair anything in the apartment. If they found problem, then they need to contact our customer service.

Gemma 4.0 07.11.2013Extremely clean, modern and bright apartment. Ideal location for easy access to Messe/town centre - both within walking distance but public transport only mins walk from front door too. Nice local bars/restaurants/shops. Only thing to be aware of is 3rd floor flat with no lift so ensure capable of the climb - not a complaint though.

Lage wirklich messenah, Straßenbahn und Bus in der Nähe, Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus - ist für Frankfurt natürlich super! (Auch wenn ein Bewohner des Hauses einen Zettel "Dies ist ein privater Parkplatz" an meiner Windschutzscheibe hinterlassen hat.)
Die Wohnung ist schön, aber ein bisschen steril eingerichtet. Handtücher ausreichend, Bad super, Küche ohne Herd aber mit Herdplatte. Lustig war: Der Gastgeber muss das Kochen großer Mahlzeiten nicht erlauben. Der Gastgeber spült das Frühstücksgeschirr ;-) (stand im Vertrag)
Es gibt WLAN nur auf Anfrage. Muss man wissen. -

Unterkunft mit neuer Ausstattung, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es findet sich alles was man braucht.An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer sehr schmalen Straße,die umliegenden Häuser/Wohngegend würde ich eher als nicht so berauschend beschreiben, bis zur Messe ist es nicht so weit, Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Nächste Aldi ca. 4 km entfernt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, messenaher Umgebung.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert und verfügt über eine hochwertige Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung wurde uns von einem Herren übergeben, der wohl nicht der Vermieter war. Der Herr der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hat uns weder begrüßt, sich vorgestellt noch sonst irgendetwas. Uns wurden lediglich 2 Zettel zum ausfüllen hingehalten, die Schlüssel gegeben und fertig. Da sollte man ordentlich an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten.

Die Vermieterin war sehr offen und freundlich, daher war die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr angenehm. Sie bietet einen Wäscheservice und auf Anfrage bis zu 2 Kinderbetten an. Die Renovierungsarbeiten sowie die gute Ausstattung in beiden Wohnungen (z.B. die modernen Regenwasserduschen) zeigen, dass keine Kosten und Mühen gespart wurden um den Gästen einen möglichst entspannten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
