Über Andrés
Born and raised in Madrid, I've moved abroad to live with my girlfriend (she's from Ravensburg): maybe you already guessed it by the photo, we live in Bayern, where Oktoberfest is celebrated! Until go we live in Spain again, I've decided to rent my place so others can enjoy it, and so I can compensate the too-damn-high rent I pay to German landlords...

Martin 5.0 30.04.2015Great place to stay in Madrid, nice and cosy, we really enjoyed our stay here with our family (parents and 3 adolescents). Not quite big appartment, but really well designed and equipped. A real home in this beautiful town, easy to reach by public transport, but also very nice to stay in the Royal Gardens right in front of the appartment.

Appartement agréable, à 10 minutes de la place Mayor et du Palais royal.
Bien équipé et meublé. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. -

The apartment is exactly the same as described in the review. It has all stuff needed for a perfect vacation in Madrid. The location is also perfect.

Very nice apartment at a great location, close to the river and the beautiful park outside the windows. Just a 10 minute walk up to La Latina with a lot of nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to the apartment from the airport with the metro.

The apartment is very clean and is well maintained. It is a very convenient location to where we were going, and it's beside the scenic park.

Très beau logement, bien équipé, décoration moderne, très bien situé, Emplacement payant pour la voiture (parcmètre limité dans le temps) mais emplacement gratuit à 15 mn à pied.

The apartment was located in a really nice area, very central and close to bus and metro stations. The apartment had everything we needed and, although it was not very spacious, it had enough space for us seven to feel comfortable. We didn't have any problem with the neighbors but we weren't very noisy. I think for this price you can't find any better!

ideal location, next to a great big gorgeous park and a few minutes walk away from a few Metro stations (ventaja extra- hay un supermercado muy útil, cerca la estación de Príncipe Pío)
The flat was spotlessly clean with a modern kitchen and there was also a good set of speakers with a handy cable to feed into your MP3 player/ laptop/ etc.

Andres is very cooperative and problem solving person. He really wants his guests to feel comfortable and to make sure that there are no issues during the stay. Just to relax and enjoy Madrid.

Andres has been very helpful. I had some technical issues with 9flats, and he wrote to them and made sure the administrative matters were settled. He is a very kind host and is very responsive to emails too.

Friendly & communicative host who stayed in touch throughout to make sure everything went smoothly.
I noticed in the flat there were some useful guides left around, i.e. for museums, the Metro lines, which is a thoughtful touch for any visitors who have not visited Madrid before.
