I lived abroad for several years among skyscrapers and crowed subways, seen hustle and bustle and come to realize its not for me. Today I live in my hometown. I have my family around, my friends I've known since kindergarden, the mountains are close and the sea a stone's throw away. I love it! I work with renewable energy, drive a hybrid car and most times of day I feel kinda good about myself. My work keeps me constant checking for emails and I'm addicted to my iPhone - favorite travel destination is anywhere without cell reception. I can travel on a shoestring, one of my best trips was biking in Laos, with nothing more for baggage than fitted in the front basket. But give me a weekend at Banyan Tree and I won't deny you. I love trail running and like to keep active both at home and while traveling, but I can easily let hours go by sitting at a coffee place watch life or sleeping in the sun.
