I had a great stay in Philippes appartment. Everything was as describes. The position is perfect. A 5-10 min. walk to the city center. Around the house there is a supermarket (cactus) and a lot of restaurants. In front of the house there is a bus stop (number 2 and 4 brings you in less than 10 min to the station). The appartment is nice and well equipped (there are a flat screen T, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron etc.). I didn't miss anything. Philippe, the owner, was very polite and helpful and answeard my emails immediately. I highly recommend this place.

In fact, it is a nice and comfortable appartment fully furnished in order to feel well and be able to have a nice stay. You can cook simple dishes and TV plus Internet works. A slight drawback for people who want to sleep well and long is the construction site just in front of the location. Very noisy in the morning but only temporary. I recommend it!
