The apartment we stayed was ok but could improve! During wintertime only one electrical heating for two rooms is just not enough for us cold-sensitive Central Europeans and even two of these would not work because the fuses jumped already when we switched on the coffee machine while heating (750 Watts only!!). Luckily Francisco show us where to push the reset-button well in advance…
Also we found it a little disturbing, that all plates, glasses and cutlery we wanted to use were greasy and had to be cleaned up prior of using them. The water tab in the kitchen is desperately urging for a set of new gaskets, as it is almost impossible to switch on/off without having to use rude force.
We would not recommend you staying in that apartment if you are looking for quietness at night. Not even during wintertime. But this is maybe only our opinion, we probably just are getting older… 
We were happy to find a place to park our rental car in front of the house every time we had to.
