关于 umberto
Sono veneziano, ho vissuto solo un paio d'anni a Mestre, ma appena ho potuto sono tornato a vivere a Venezia...non potrei vivere in nessun altro posto, questa è la mia città ed il mio cuore è sempre qui. Posso consigliarvi i migliori, bar, ristoranti, e locali serali fuori dai soliti circuiti turistici, per rendere il vostro soggiorno "speciale" nella mia bellissima città. Vi tratterò come foste miei amici, a presto, Umberto:)

Location perfetta, centralissima a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di S.Lucia. La casa è nuovissima e ben tenuta. Accessioriata di tutto. Bagni nuovissimi e ottima la pulizia. Unica pecca (ma non della casa) è il problema di dove lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. In stazione alle 10 di mattina oltre 1 ora di fila!!

The flat is simply perfect! It is located close to the train station Santa Lucia (meaning you don’t have to carry your luggage over bridges or squeeze it on waterbuses) and a supermarket on Piazzale Roma, in a quiet area but still very close to Canale Grande and all the sights of Venice. The flat is very clean and air-conditioned. It has a living room with a fully equipped shiny kitchen (including a dishwasher), a bedroom, two bathrooms (including a washing machine), and a little terrace. We would definitely stay there again and recommend Umberto’s flat to everyone wanting to stay in Venice.

Veramente un alloggio ottimo. E' praticamente nuovo. A 400 metri dalla stazione. Ad essere sinceri le foto non rendono bene l'idea della grandezza, perchè in realtà è molto più grosso di come sembra. I 2 bagni sono grandi, uno con vasca uno con doccia. La cucina è nuovissima e quasi accessoriata, pentole, padelle, microonde, lavastoviglie, mixer, moka... tutto. In sala troverete un tv da 42" ma per usarlo dovrete usare i dvd (forse manca l'antenna o non è settato bene).
Unico neo: manca il bidet nel bagno al primo piano (a causa dello spazio ovviamente). -

Sehr schöne, neue und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Übernachtung in Deiner Wohnung hat unseren Venedigaufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Vielen Dank Umberto

Very nice quiet flat, with air conditioning, clean, and completly equiped. Just besides the train station of venedig. Easiest way to arrive: by train!

Nous avons été accueilli à notre arrivée par une charmante personne et les explications principales nous ont été fournies.
Si nous devons revenir à Venise, nous réserverions à nouveau ce logement. -

Umberto was very friendly, generous and uncomplicated. He answered immediately to all of our requests. He picked us up at the station when we arrived, walked us to the flat and gave us the key which we simply left in the flat on the day of departure. Thank you very much, Umberto!
