Everything was fine. Toyin was a very polite host and gave us a good introduction in the apartment facilities. The surrounding of the house was quite nice and quiet, 10 minutes by foot away from the unterground station Northfields. We would definitely stay there again!

The room is nice and as described. The bathroom is rather small but clean and more than okay for a short stay. I would have no doubt about coming back when staying in London again.

Nice living area. Secure. Good Tube conex.
Parking possibility almost all the time.
The one thing that comes to my mind is that the doors could use some oil so that they don´t squeak that much :).
Other than that A - OK ! -

Stayed here while doing work experience had a lovely stay felt right at home the room was clean and comfy would definitely stay again.

Bedroom was spacious, comfortable and quite. Location was wonderful - a short bus ride (with frequent service) to the tube on the Picadilly line. If not the bus, then the walk was just a few minutes and I felt very safe. The pub halfway between Toyin's home and the tube is a hidden gem - best meal I had during my trip. Would definitely stay with Toyin again!

The apartment is located in an excellent location just 30 minutes from the center via a direct subway line. The room and the location in general is very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood.

Die Lage zur Stadt ist in Ordnung, man bruacht zum Picadilly Circus circa 20 Minuten, dafür liegt die Wohnung direkt auf dem Weg zum Flughafen Heathrow, was für uns optimal war. Die Wohnung und auch das Zimmer waren recht klein, aber sauber und gemütlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren froh, bei Toyin untergekommen zu sein.

Very close to the tube Station so you have a good connection to the city. Room is bright and tidy and is equipped with a kettle and coffee and tee. All in all a very neat and clean place to stay! I can definitely recommend it!

Für den Preis, einfach perfekt!! Nebenstr. ruhig! Parkplatz war schwierig zu finden, aber hat funktioniert! Wenn ich wieder in London bin werde ich wieder zu Toyin gehen!!

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden, Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und dass die Unterkunft in Zone 3 lag war kein Problem, da es zur Northfield Underground Station nur ein kurzer Spaziergang ist. Ruhige Wohngegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Eine so günstige Unterkunft, mit so guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt zu finden ist vermutlich nicht ganz einfach.
Man fährt zwar recht lange (ca. 35 Minuten) bis zum Piccadilly Circus, doch man muss nicht umsteigen und die U-Bahn ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Und die Nähe zum Flughafen Heathrow ist sicher auch ein Bonus.
Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht groß, aber durchaus ausreichend für einen kurzen (oder auch etwas längeren) Urlaub. Schade war nur, dass wir nicht lüften konnten. -

Le logement était vraiment très agréable, il y avait tout le confort nécessaire a un bon séjour : serviettes, gel douche, cafe, thé, beurre, confiture,... et adaptateur universel (chose que nous avions totalement oublié d'apporter et qui reste indispensable). La connexion wifi est aussi un petit plus qui a rendu notre séjour d'autant plus pratique pour prévenir nos familles que tout se passait a merveilles. Le câble, des prospectus sur les restaurants alentours, un carte du métro, Toyin a vraiment pensé a tout !

Toyin est vraiment une propriétaire exemplaire, toujours la quand il faut, ou il faut et qui se donne a coeur joie pour répondre a nos questions. Discrète et souriante, c'était un plaisir de la croiser matin pour lui expliquer nos projets de la journée, et de rentrer le soir pour lui raconter comment cela c'était passé. Nous avons trinqué avec elle pour la bonne année et recommandons a tous ce lieu paisible, dans une magnifique rue typiquement Londonienne, pile poil entre l'aéroport et le centre ville. Que demander de plus?
