Exactly as pictured, the cottage was as clean as can be when we arrived. Everything was in order and well prepared. We were more than happy with all the facilities. Highly recommendable -

Great appartment with great views over Manchester. Nice and clean appartment with a nice bath- and bedroom and kitchen. everything what you needed was in the appartment

It's a great flat. It is small, but perfect for three people and has everything you need for a weekend visit. The beautiful apartment was clean and well maintained and even has a balcony. It was really easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. We would definitely recommend and stay there again ourselves next time we're up in Manchester.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, with great views of Old Trafford and the surrounding area. The location was perfect, just outside the city centre so you get the best of both worlds. Apartment block was very secure with underground parking and gated entry. Would definitely recommend and use it again if ever I stay in this part of Manchester.

This apartment's most invaluable feature is its 7th-floor corner position, meaning that its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjacent balcony space offer a wonderful panoramic perspective over the glittering waters of the surrounding quays, alongside acres of blue sky: lending a real 'castle in the sky' feel to this modernist palace. The building's distinctive architecture and convenient location combine to make this a comfortable, relaxing and memorable place to stay in Manchester.

Very nice host and we had a great time in Manchester. Everything was well organized by Mr. Phillips, because we get the key at the concierge so we could get in the appartment well on time.
