Very spacious yet cozy place. It has all necessary appliances, so you
can spend even a longer time without worries. It is also lovely
decorated!
Located in a calm and friendly neighborhood, with lots of parking
spaces and very close to many grocery shops. Good public transport
communication with the city center.
We will keep the memories of Casa Bianca as our first home in Berlin :)

Appartement très fonctionnel, spacieux et très clair. On s'y sent à l'aise, même à 4, toutes les pièces sont assez grandes, y compris la salle de bains. Tout le nécessaire à la cuisine. Situé au rez de chaussée, le salon est très grand, en revanche un tout petit peu bruyant le matin à cause de la circulation, mais l'isolation sonore étant efficace, ce n'est pas dérangeant. La chambre à coucher donne sur le côté du bâtiment et elle offre plus de calme. Transports et supermarchés à proximité, très pratique.

Die Wohnung ist eher schlicht ausgestattet, hat aber alles, was man für ein paar Tage so braucht. Die Fotos zeigen das Apartment, wie es ist. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut und die Wohnung ist sauber. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich interessant, allerdings ist man mit den Öffentlichen schnell in den hotspots der Stadt. Wunderbar an die Ringbahn angebunden hat man hier gute Umsteigemöglichkeiten.
Internet WLAN ist vorhanden.

Posizione molto buona, negozi vicini. S -bahn a 5'.
Pochi scalini per entrare. Palazzone un po' sovietico ma molto ben tenuto. Zona buona, tranquilla. Eccellente comodità parcheggio se venite in auto.

Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungstouren im Zentrum Berlin (ca. 20 min. mit den Öffentlichen zum Bahnhof Zoo, ca. 35 min. zum Reichstag oder Alex).
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am U-Bahnhof "Siemensdamm" und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Das Bad ist etwas kleiner, mit einer Stufe zum Waschbecken und Dusche versehen, aber mit ausreichender Bewegungsfreiheit für eine einzelne Person.
In der Küche gibt es alles notwendige - auch zum Kochen.
Für Italiener typisch ist die leicht verspielte Ausstattung der Wohnung - nicht alle Einrichtungsgegenstände mögen für deutsche Verhältnisse praktisch oder sinnvoll in der kleinen Wohnung erscheinen.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr bescheiden.
Es gibt zwar Parkplätze und Garagen auf dem Gelände, die aber nicht für die Wohnung angemietet sind.
Man muss entweder in der Frühe die mit Parkuhr begrenzten Parkplätze in Wohnungsnähe "räumen" oder in den Seitenstraßen längere Zeit nach Restplätzen suchen.

Very clean, spacious and within an easy walk to the U-bahn station and cycle to anywhere in Berlin! Shame there was no oven and the wifi was not up and running yet.

Equipment was great . Everything seemed to be new and in good condition, towels, dishes, a few edibles which made it very convenient until one shopped. Convenient to two supermarkets but very quiet neighborhood. Almost difficult to find a variety of restaurants. A 12 minute walk to the Underground unless you wanted to take the tram for two stops, then a 4 minute walk to the apartment.

Appartamento pulito e molto luminoso in una zona tranquilla ma comunque comoda al centro e alla fermata della M2 che in pochi steps arriva in Alexander Platz. L'arredamento moderno e nuovissimo, rende l'appartamento molto vivibile e arioso e gli da quella sensazione di "calore" che una casa deve trasmettere appena entri. E' inoltre situato a poche centinaia di metri da due conosciuti supermercati in una zona adatta anche a famiglie con bambini.Consigliatissimo!!
