Das Hausboot besticht duch seine sensationelle Lage. Der Hauptbahnhof (mit Tram-, Bus- und Metro-Verbindungen in alle Richtungen), Fahrradverleih und Canal Bus Terminal sowie Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, usw. sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung hat etwas "Patina" angesetzt" ... Dafür ist die Qualität von Dusche und Bett (auch Sofabett) für ein Feriendomizil prima. Unser Highlight: Nach einem sonnigen und erlebnisreichen Tag die Feierabendstimmung "auf Deck" des Hausbootes geniessen: Einfach genial!

The apartment is in a great location, it's nice and quiet - away from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam. Saying this, it's only a 5min walk to the Metro station so travelling to the city centre is very easy. There are a number of nice restaurants and cafes around the corner including the famous 'Febo' take away unique to The Netherlands.
The apartment was clean and cosy and the perfect home away from home. And oh-my-god the bed would have to be the most comfortable I have ever come across! I admit, I even pulled back the sheets to see what mattress it was lol.
Highly recommended.

The accomondation is located right in between the city center and the museums pleins, which is awesome. The tram can be reached in a 5mins walk as well. The house it self looks perfectly well from the inside. It ranges over 3 stories, starting at the 2nd floor and going up to which to a height of around 12 meters.
The interior is in a good condition.

A problem which we discovered, travelling as a group of 6 people, that it is surely enaugh space there, but you need to sleep in pairs of 2 in each bed, which may for some people not be appropriate.
There is also no oven in the house.

However, the feeling when standing on the balcony (yes, there is a small balcony) in the 3rd floor is absolutely stunning! Being located exactly on the side of a cross-way, there is so much you can see and it gets even better, when the sun goes down and shines through all the windows.

All in all this place is just perfect for a stay in Amsterdam!

Tolle Umgebung mit dem Dappermarket direkt vor der Tür! Gute Anbindung mit der Tramm und sehr geschmacksvoll und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schönes Badezimmer!

brandnew, super-clean, really nice apartment; coole location in Jordaan, friendly service, comfortable beds, supermarket and bars are not far, only some neighbors were too loud; at all: Take this apartment and have a nice trip.
