Rosanna and Francesca owner of Ca' Cortigiane are renting apartments in Venice. Rosanna was born and studied in Switzerland. Now she is working in Venice since 5 years. Francesca grow up in Venice and studied Architecture. Venice is her home and she know everything about the "old lady". We would be happy to show you one of the most beautiful places in the world. Ravis par notre séjour dans cet appartement très calme et chaleureux. Il est aussi particulièrement bien situé : quelques petites minutes de la ligne 1 du vaporetto sur le grand canal et du marché du Rialto .A recommander pour qui veut s'éloigner des grands flots touristiques sans rien manquer de ce qui fait la beauté et le charme de Venise.

Nette, komfortable Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gasse.
Die Einrichtung der Küche fiel etwas ab - wir waren aber immer ausserhalb essen, deshalb hat es nicht weiter gestört. -

It was a very, vey nice flat in an exceptional good and typic venice area. We enjoyed it very much that every sightseeing place could be reached very easily by foot. Great was that there were several venice-connetcted dvd-films, like Casanova, so we could dive in the city atmosphere centuries ago.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for - light & airy and very clean. My only suggestion would be for some plug-in anti mosquito devices to be left in the flat as we were under attack every night! On check-out day, very helpfully, we were able to leave our bags in the downstairs hallway until we were ready to go off to the airport, so that gave us a lot of freedom on our last day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Vencie.

This flat is on the Giudecca Isle, it's on the ground floor of a residential complex with a huge garden.The name of the flat "Nuvule",which means clouds, reflects the total white of the wall, furniture, bedspreads ect.The apartment has two bedrooms and a very equipped kitchen. Maps, citybrochures, restaurant recommandation and children books are available to guests.

Ca Cortigiane Suite is a flat of a great character on the ground floor of a typical Venetian building very centrally located, beside campo S.Giacomo all'Orio.It's suitable for a family with all facilities that a family usually need (teakettle, oven, microwave, washmachine, iron and ironboard, Venice childbooks in English and other languages). Cosy and great quality of furniture. A very beautiful thing is the mini terrace with a table for 2, where you can sipping a glass of vino looking on a old courtyard.

Excellent flat in a nice location. The apartment is fully equipped, has a nice atmosphere and is in a very fine area with supermarket, bakery etc and also close to Canale Grande and the next ferry station.
Very recommendable.

Aucun stress à l'arrivée:Laura était à l'heure convenue au rendez-vous .Accueil très chaleureux et confiant que nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'autant plus que Laura parle français.Le départ fut facilité aussi par la possibilité de laisser nos bagages en attendant l'heure du train. Merci à notre hôtesse .

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, erhielten viele äusserst wertvolle Tipps und Informationen zu Venedig, was ein rasches zurechtfinden ermöglichte. Die Offenheit der Gastgeberin für unsere Anliegen gab uns das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

The service was absolutely perfect. Before we arrived, we got an explanation what possibilities exist to get to flat from the airport. Than we were picked up from Rosannas sister at the nearest Vaparetto-Station in time. She brought us to the flat and gave us useful tipps.

Our hostess was very welcoming and friendly, providing lots of info on Venice and advice on local restaurants, things to do & see etc. A "local's" insight into the city was very usweful and we wandered around some lovely areas that were off the normal tourist track.

Rosanna is from Liguria and Francesca's Swiss but they both love Venice much more than anyone else. They are very passionate about their job. All in all I highly recommend to get into contact with them for a great time in Venice!
