The property was exactly as advertised, offering exactly what you need in holiday accommodation. Nothing fancy, clean, adequate cockery and equipment, comfortable sofa, tv and wifi. Excellent restaurant nearby which also does great breakfast. We would stay again.

Wir waren überrascht welche schöne moderne Wohnung sich hinter den aussen etwas trisst wirkenden Mauern verbirt. Schön, Lage mit allen Anschlüssen ins zentrum (in 10min), sicher mit Alarmanlage und bequem mit Fahrstuhl.

Nos hemos alojado cuatro personas durante cinco días y hemos estado muy a gusto. El apartamento está fenomenal. Es muy cómodo, bonito y acogedor. Está muy bien situado y en una zona muy tranquila. Lo recomendaríamos sin dudar. Hay que destacar también el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto pues es muy económico y son muy puntuales. Nosotros repetiríamos!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und mal fühlt sich durch die Alarmanlage sehr sicher. Die Lage ist Zentral und mit der Straßenbahn ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann ich nur zufrieden sein. Sauber-Balkon-Modern

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Man muss sich die Alarmanlage gut erklären lassen, damit man keinen Alarm auslöst. Uns ist das leider passiert. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Rrestaurant STEX an der Ecke Josef Körut - gute Qualität zu fairen Preisen. -

tolle Wohnung, super geniale und sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Bügelbrett... Sauberkeit top, sehr modern eingerichtet, nicht abgewohntes Mobiliar...absolut zu empfehlen

Wir die Familie Schulz waren in Budapest bei Familie Robert Clapes im Apartment Maria 2. Wir sind sehr Herzlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Uns sind die Ungarn sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich entgegen gekommen. Wir haben uns rundum geborgen und wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles wir kommen bestimmt wieder, eine Woche war zu kurz um alles in Budapest zu sehen. Es ist eine herliche Stadt. Lieben Gruß Familie Schulz

You can really easily reach this flat by metro and the appartment was pretty nice, clean and cosy. Everything we neede was in walking distance and we enjoyed coming home from our day in Budapest. We found everything we needed in the appartment, even a hair dryer and diapers for our baby :)

Fantastic place. We loved staying here. Modern, spotlessly clean, stylish, well-equipped - there's nothing to fault! It has a brilliant location too; less than 10 minutes by foot from the Danube and many of the main tourist sights. Also, on the neighbouring streets there's a lot of shops to buy food and delicious cakes, good restaurants and it's a 5 minute walk to the metro station. 10/10. Stay here!!

At first i thought this is too good (and cheap) to be true, that this would be some kind of fake... but it really IS that nice!
The apartment is big, clean, has nice new furniture (all IKEA :) very bright, and fully equipped with everything you need (even including coffee powder!). I've been there with 4 of my friends so this was perfect for us.
And the people there (especially Erika Szucs) were extremely supportive and flexible.
All in all my total and absolute recommendation! -

El apartamento es estupendo, muy completo. Está bien acondicionado para el frío y el calor. La localización muy buena, pudimos ir caminando a la mayoría de los sitios, con metro a 5 minutos y tranvía a 1 min, siendo además las líneas 4 y 6 que funcionan 24h.
Las camas y el sofá-cama muy cómodos. La cocina quizás algo pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario (microondas, horno, cafetera, incluidos).
Sólo propondría una mejora, una cortina en la bañera para que no se llenara de agua cuando varios se duchan. Por lo demás, un lugar 100% recomendable. Si volvemos a Budapest, volveremos allí! -

When we first booked everything was easy and well organised. Our transfer pick up from the airport was excellent. The driver pointed out places of interest on the way, talked us through a map of the city and recommended the nearby restaurant. Our pick up for return was prompt, efficient and friendly. Hosts were excellent overall.

Der Gastgeber war pünktlich, bemüht und sehr freundlich. Es gab nichts zu klagen. Die Wohnung war tollstens ausgestattet mit Infomaterial und Stadtplänen.

Erika ha sido muy amable y atenta. Es guía turístico en la ciudad y nos explicó qué visitar, indicándonos donde se encontraba cada lugar importante. Nos hemos sentido bien tratados y además habla perfectamente español lo cual nos ha facilitado muchísimo las cosas.

Excellent! Robert gave us a very warm welcome at the airport (despite our flight being delayed) and at the apartment and we had a great time there (Maria 2). Also, Erika was fantastic: right from the moment I made my first enquiries about the apartment she replied very quickly to my messages, answered all my questions fully and was really informative and friendly. Thank-you very much to both of you; we had a fantastic stay in Budapest and we really enjoyed staying in the Maria 2 apartment, and hope to be back sometime!

I haven't personally met Robert Clapés, but the contact with Erika Szucs was very nice. She was flexible in terms of the times of the exchange of keys and very supportive with lots of information for tourists and stuff.
