The place is ok, you have all the necessities, but it is basic and very small. However, for the offered price it is a very good deal. The value for money is fantastic. There are three shops very close where you can buy food, one is less than a minute walk away. Some restaurants, cafes are close. It is not very central, but the metro system in Paris is perfect, and it takes you 15 minutes by metro to get to the centre. The trains leave every two minutes. Internet is there, too. You can fully rely on the host's description of the studio, it is very accurate. If you ask a question, you get an honest answer. I enjjoyed my stay there and I had all I needed.

The host was very nice. When I moved in, she was waiting for me, explained everything about the area and answered all the questions I had, about the district, transportation, parking, entertainment, etc. She showed the studio, and after that she left me in the studio alone for a the rest of my stay. I could always contact her with anything I wanted (I did not need it, but it was very nice to have this opportunity), and I was never bothered during my stay. At the end of the stay she came, checked the flat and I left the place. Very punctual and very efficient. Highly recommended, if you do ot want any hassle. Very good host.
