  Awful! Beside talk frankly through several emails to solve her "problems", I feel sick to read her review, this woman is not honest nor trustful, a person when "feel" suffers a bit losses, then pass you troubles, caution.
  I don't agree the following 1) cleanness with * 2) facilities * 3) Accuracy of description * 4) Value for money *
  1) The cleanness should be with 3-4 stars, the room was clean, clean bedding from laundry, for her satisfaction, we offered new bedding again after it's request.
  2) facilities ***, you have your standard, but not disparage other's standard.
  3) Accuracy of description ***** Plus our location beside at least beside 6-7 tourist attractions- Las Arenas, Montjuic- tropical plants garden, lady and birds sculpture, I'm going to add these points.
  4) Value for money 4 stars, was 22 Euro/day not include 9flats fee, what she expects in Barcelona this tourism city? Our flat is upper value sunny flat and good location.

  Sheer nonsense, shamed on you.
