I am an American-trained speech/language pathologist who worked for many years as a specialist for hard-to-diagnose learning disabled children in New York. Currently,I am the creator and director of Inglese Dinamico, an English teaching project located in Venice, Italy and President and co-founder of Partnerships for Learning and Teaching (non-profit), an educational project dedicated to research and development of best teaching practices with special emphasis on challenged learners and dyslexia and also cross-cultural/multi-lingual integration across multiple subjects. In 2012. I am spear-heading a project, The Collaborative Learning Center Initiative, Venice, Italy, to bring private funds, social activism and educational practices together to provide a dynamic learning community for privileged and disenfranchised children and adults. Nancys home is a wonderful place to be! It is cozy and clean and the house has a lovely garden with a big terrace. I think it is best to be when you already know the Island - then you can simply stay there and relax.The outdoor shower is the greatest!
The house is close to the bus line 1 which runs permanently so you can explore the Island perfectly without a car.
What else can we say - go and see it with your own eyes!!! :-) -
