Für unsere Zwecke (Las Fallas, Strand, turifernes Leben) war die Wohnung gut geeignet. Die Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind aber sehr gut (Bus vor der Haustür, 2 Valenbicistationen und 2 Metrostationen fussläufig). Man muss allerdings sagen, dass sie spanientypisch schlecht gegen Lärm isoliert ist - 2 der 3 Zimmer aber zur Hauptstrasse gelegen sind. Preis-Leistung ist aber durchaus iO.

The flat was quite nice for our purposes (visiting Las Fallas, beach and not living in touristic areas). It is also well-connected (Busstop infront of the entry, 2 Valenbici&Metrostations close by). Still it must be mentioned that the flat is rather poorly isolated - especially against the noice from the main street to which 2 of the 3 bedrooms are orientated. The price/quality ratio is still good.

The appartment was very clean. You can get everything that you need from the supermarket that is just 5 min. of walk away from the appartment. You can rech the beach by 10 min of walk. Very beautiful and clean beach. The amazing thing is that the appartment is so near to the city centre and als to the beach. I will definitly visit the city of Valencia and the ofcourse the appartment too.

Apartment is in the area of Cabanyal, the old fishermen's quarter.
Surely it is one of the most "real" in Valencia.
The palace is a little older, but the apartment was renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new.
The sea is only 10 minutes walk. At 3 minutes a mini supermarket, and in 5 minutes you get to the " mercat municipal del Cabanyal", the old covered market: very beautiful and similar to the "Mercado Central" in city center.
In the area you can find anything, just walking a bit.
The bus stop is just below the house, and transport are very efficient.
Surely i go back in this flat. -

The apartment is comfortable and warm. The rooms are large and ready to welcome upto 5 people who are looking their home in Valencia! The kitchen and the bathroom are totally renovated! Personally, I loved the light green color the the hydromassage of the bathroom. Also there is a small balcony and a nice sitting room to have your coffee or your breakfast there. The flat is 10 minutes from the metro, and 6 minutes from the beach. Me and my friends had a great experience living in this apartment during during the Fallas this year.

Appartamento molto spazioso, bellissima cucina e bellissimo bagno, posto proprio davanti alla fermata della linea 1 per il centro. A 5 minuti dal mare e dalla citta' della scienza. Adatto per famiglie, solo peccato che non c'e' l'ascensore

Monica was very nice and helpful to us. She described us everything like where to get the grocery, which bus goes to the city centre and what way the beach is etc.. She also provided us some maps of the city of Valencia which was really great.

Monica is very helpful, welcoming and smiley. She has the flat very clean, with available fresh towels from everyone. She show us the flat and she was discreet from the rest of the days, she advised us that if we need anything we can contact her immediately, so we felt cozy and secure. Plus, she speak very good English so she can communicate with guests from all over the world.
