Apartment was in a great location, not too far from the Brandenberg Gate and other tourist sites and next door to a very good, cheap Italian restaurant. A lot of stairs and no lift to get up to the apartment, but it was spacious, clean and warm with quirky furniture and decor, echoing the former east Germany.

Big, spacious flat in an excellent location in the centre of Berlin. Very easy for public transport, and within walking distance of all the main central sites. Great view out the window of the Fernsehturm.

Beware that it's on the 3rd floor, and there's no lift, so come prepared for the stairs! (This is fairly typical in Berlin, of course)

The space is not quite as new as it looks in the pictures, but it is well-maintained. The location is nice--in Friedrichshain, in one the cooler, untouched parts of East Berlin. Located in the garden, away from the street, it is quiet and cozy, but it also means it can be hard to keep it bright, and the air, at least in the summer, was surprisingly humid--not oppressive, but it make it hard to dry clothes, for instance.

The furnishings are all top-notch, and nothing beats the privacy of having your own place to explore a really cool city. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hope I can stay again!

Alles in allem bestens. Leider war meine Partnerin allergisch auf den Weichspüler, wofür der Gastgeber natürlich nichts kann.
Es war ruhig, sehr zentral, sauber und gemütlich. Alles da was man braucht kann es sonst nur empfehlen. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Marita legt viel Wert auf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Die kleinen Details, die sich in der Wohnung finden lassen, zeigen ihren treffsicheren Geschmack.
Bei der Lage muss man eigentlich nicht erwähnen, dass es sich hier um eine 1A Lage handelt. Die Kastanienallee ist bekannt für das bunte Treiben und die zahlreichen Cafés. Die Oderbergerstraße hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einer der belebtesten und auch beliebtesten Straßen entwickelt. Breit und ruhig angelegt steuert sie direkt auf den Mauerpark zu. Hier kommen wir auch schon zum nächsten Highlight: der Mauerpark-Flohmarkt. Den sollte man, wenn man hier in dieser Wohnung wohnt, an einem Sonntag wirklich nicht verpassen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist also auch wunderbar für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Ruhig ist es zudem auch noch und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar!

Die Wohnung von Marita ist sehr individuell eingerichtet und besticht durch schöne kleine Details und Stilsicherheit. Sauberkeit ist absolut tip-top und man kann sich gleich wohlfühlen, um seine freien Tage zu genießen. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist bestechend. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, aber dennoch ist es in der Wohnung nicht laut. Für Gäste, die auch im Urlaub arbeiten müssen oder auf Geschäftsreise sind gibt es WiFi Internet. Was braucht man mehr!

Spacious, bright and well lit, this appartment really has a sense of calm. The location is pretty fantastic and you are straight in the action as soon as you step on ono the street.
