We had a wonderful time in the appartment. The location is great, just a short walk to the Place du Tertre and Sacre Coeur, and you can even have a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night. The appartement is exactly what it looks like in the photos and staying there makes you feel like a real Parisien. Thanks for everything and à bientôt.

Das Appartment ist ideal für ein Pärchen. Es sind auch theoretisch 4 Schlafplätze vorhanden, aber uns wäre es persönlich zu eng geworden. Ansonsten hat das Appartment alles was man braucht (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Ofen etc.). Aus dem Fenster kann man direkt auf Sacre Coeur gucken. Die Lage im 5. Stock hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, das wussten wir ja auch schon vorher. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte auf jedenfall die Möglichkeit des Stellplatzes in Anspruch nehmen, da es sosnt schwer wird einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.
W-lan hat auch gut funktioniert. -

Das allerbeste ist die Lage am Montmatre, Sacre Ceur in unmittelbarer Nähe, etwa 5-10 min zu Fuß.
Erreichbarkeit mit Bus und Metro ebenso gut, Metro-Station Anvers in 3-5 min zu erreichen, von dort in 15-20 min auf der Il de la Cite.
Das Appartement ist klein, hat aber genau die richtige Größe für vier Personen, die in erster Linie eine Unterkunft für die Nacht brauchen, während sie sich für ein paar Tage in Paris aufhalten, um die Stadt zu erleben.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, Küche enthält alles, um hier Frühstück und Abendessen zubereiten, aber auch einfache Gerichte kochen zu können. Zum Essen gibt es einen Hochtisch mit Barhockern.
Alles ist auf vier Personen eingerichtet.
Betten gibt's in Form zweier Schlaf-Sofas.
Geräte: TV, WLAN/Internet, Telefon, auch eine Waschmaschine.
Außerdem gibt's die Möglichkeit, Gepäck vor Bezug bzw. nach Räumen der Wohnung zwischen Ankunft/Abreise zu lagern. -

The place was perfect for us, great location right near the metro, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. Everything worked fine for us in the apartment, and there's easy access to the supermarket across the street. All the hosts were very helpful both before and during our stay, would definitely recommend a visit!

Das Appartement ist eine wirklich nette Verschachtelung von Schlafgelegenheiten und gut geeignet für Familien oder 2 Paare, sogar mit Kindern.
Die Möbel aber sind völlig abgenutzt, Sofas habe Risse im Leder, Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht. Es ist alles leicht schäbig, im Fußboden fehlten ganze Dielen, die Dusche ist spakig, der Holzfußboden im Bad aufgequollen. Alles nicht wirklich ein Problem, wenn man es basic mag, aber nicht für den Preis. Und leider stammen die Bilder vom Appartement wohl aus besseren Tagen ...
Aber die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit!
Und die Beschreibungen für Anreise und zum Appartement sind perfekt! -

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima, sehr ruhig ,aber trotzdem mitten in Montmatre. 2min zum Supermarkt, 5min zur Metro, 10min zur SacreCoeur !

Fantastische Lage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und wirklich ausgesprochen netter Kontakt. Gepäck wurde am Abreisetag bis zum Abend aufbewahrt, am Anreisetag durften wir weit vor angegebener Zeit ins Appartement. Ich kann den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage in Montmartre war einmalig und ruhig, die Wohnung befand sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für drei Nächte hatten wir mit insgesamt 5 Personen genug Platz.

Metrostation and supermarket are around the corner.
( For hot summer night you might reconsider living right under the roof- but they provide a really good standing fan....)
Everything was clean spotless and all appliances you might need were there, even a hairdryer.
We ( couple with 2 kids) had a good time! -

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Fuße des Sacré Coeur gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Der dia-Markt macht allerdings erst um 9 Uhr auf. Wenn man am Sonntag anreist gibt es 3 Min. die Straße hoch einen kleinen Kiosk der alles für die Erstversorgung hat. Natürlich gibt es in nächster Nähe unzählige Cafés und Restaurants die besucht werden möchten.
Marc hat uns ein Babybett hingestellt und so konnten wir es gut mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder gut in der Wohnung aushalten.
Die Metro Anvers liegt 2 Min. die Straße runter.
Wenn man derzeit aus Deutschland an Paris EST ankommt, sollte man über die Haltestelle Stalingrad M7 fahren und dann die M2 nehmen. Barbes-Rochechouart wird umgebaut.
Ein Taxi von Paris EST kostet je nach Verkehr zw. 10 und 15 Eur. -

Overall it is a nice place to stay. The area is okay and pretty easy to get to the center. The pictures must have been taken when the place was newly renovated since in reality it does not look as new and shiny anymore, however, it is still a neat place to stay. The only "complain" would be the humidity at the place, especially in the bathroom, which has quite a sharp smell to it. But for a few nights it is okay. Overall it is a good alternative to a hotel/

Very charming and well equipped. Located in the third floor, above the street with a nice view on the street and backsides into the garden. Placed approx.. 300 m near the next Metro-station “Nation” and 50 m from the underground parking lot (which is really expensive, it's similar to parking at Zurich airport). Open cut apartment with enough room to have some nice days in Paris alone, in pairs or even with children. Kitchen and bathroom separated from living / sleeping room. Kitchen with all accessories, dishwasher and clothes washer. All necessary needs (pizza-takeaway, bakery, supermarket) in closest walk or over the road.

Das Angebot war komplett: Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Oel, Essig, Seife, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. Das war sehr praktisch und bequem!!! Das Badezimmer hatte einen besonderem Charme. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen und weiterempfehlen.

Even though we arrived too early we were able to leave our luggage in the appartment. Charles came to open the door and hand us the keys in advance which was really very convenient. Thanks again for your hospitality. We really felt at home and would have loved to stay a little bit longer. Marc has great helpers. They worked with him to let us know the easiest way to arrive by Metro including how to avoid the many stairs that make up part of the pedestrian paths around the neighborhood. His communication was prompt and detailed. We booked this place as we were on the train from Brussels to Paris, very last minute, and everything worked out fine.

After a long drive were were happy for the warm greeting- in English- from very friedly Jhuvie (working for our host). She even accompagnied us to the parking garage where we had rented a parking spot from Mark earlier on. Uns wurde von einem netten Freund von Marc die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Einen Tag vor der Anreise haben wir noch mal telefoniert und unsere Ankunft besprochen. Wir durften auch schon früher rein und unser Gepäck abladen. Alles prima - wir kommen gerne wieder!
