Near perfect response to any complaints. Very friendly staff. Bit noisy as apartment close to traffic. Facilities very comfortable, modern and available. Really enjoyed my stay, was made to feel very much at home and would return in future particularly if noise issue can be resolved.

Fresh and modern appartment, just 5-7 minutes from Tower/ Tower Bridge. Perfect for two, a bit small for two and a child. Some traffic in the street outside, but not a problem.

Ottima soluzione per Londra... una delle migliori che mi siano capitate in rapporto al prezzo, se non la migliore. Tutto molto bene. Alcuni particolari che potrebbero essere sistemati... come le tende alle finestre che tendono a sganciarsi e cadere e altri piccoli particolari ma nel complesso soluzione ottima!

Appartement neuf et propre, bien insonorisé. A priori adapté à 4 hôtes. Très bien desservi par les transports publics, accès rapide au centre de Londres.

L'appartement était bien.......mais au lieu de me trouver à Long Lane, j'ai été envoyé de l'autre côté de la Tamise, un lieu que je n'ai pas souhaité.....pourtant l'appartment de Long Lane était accepté!! J'aimerais bien une explication !! Je suis venue pour la naissance d'un nouveau né, je me déplacé la nuit pour aider, chaque fois un taxi à 20livres. J’espère que la prochaine fois vous donnez l'appartement demandé !!

This is the unit I booked however, it is not the unit I was put in. When we arrived in London, we were left waiting in a hallway and basically told I had the wrong dates....ya ok. We were supposedly given the wrong address and after 2 hours of waiting, were taken to another building. It was a two bedroom, was not equipped with enough to cook a meal, the fridge didn't work and the bed felt like I was sleeping on 2 inches of springs. Thank goodness the city has made me want to come and visit again but we will not be using this site to book again.

Our apartment was changed to Seacon Tower, as the guest in 41 Millharbour extended his stay. This wasn't a problem because the two apartments have more or less the same facilities. The Seacon Tower apartment was clearly designed for a dinky couple- a few features seemed a little odd, such as the sliding glass door between one bedroom and the kitchen; probably this was originally meant to be a dining room. But it was OK for a 5-person holiday apartment (collapsible bed in the living room), It could do with a lick of paint here and there and restocking of the crockery cupboard. But all this is forgiven when you look out of the living room window - the view is just fantastic - over the Thames to the Shard, London Eye, Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament, St Pauls etc, in one direction, skyscrapers of Canary Wharf in the other. Excellent base for sightseeing, within easy reach by DLR of the West End. Good local Indian Restaurant "Aniseed" just down the road. Would gladly have stayed longer

We had originally booked this apartment but due to maintenance we got this one instead http://www.9flats.com/places/8044-apartment-london-canarywharf , so the review is for the one we got. The apartment is top notch. The only thing I have to say is that the beds are not up to scratch with the rest of the apartment although it won't spoil the experience. The view (the flat was on the 12th floor) is amazing and it's right by South Quay DLR and within minutes of Canary Wharf Tube station. There's also a Tesco Express nearby and a Waitrose not too far. Unlike other apartments I've used, you don't have to worry about getting liquid to wash the dishes (although you'll need to get something if you want to use the dishwasher) or hand soap. It was a great stay!

This apartment is in the newly developed docklands and Canary Wharf area of London. Stylish and well fitted with modern furnishing and appliances.

Trata-se de uma imobiliária (eu só soube disso quando cheguei ao imóvel e as chaves não estavam na portaria como havia sido combinado). Dois diferentes funcionários da imobiliária me garantiram que as chaves estariam no local quando eu chegasse, mas elas não estavam (confirmei a informação mais de uma vez antes de viajar). Tive que pedir para o porteiro do prédio ligar para a imobiliária e fiquei com muito medo de ficar na rua. Um funcionário da imobiliária, depois do contato do porteiro foi ao local e nos entregou as chaves. Ficamos mais de duas horas esperando, com fome e frio e com muito medo de não aparecer ninguém. Nos deram um apartamento maior para compensar o ocorrido, mas eu não precisava de um quarto a mais, já que erámos apenas um casal, preferia uma compensação financeira. O porteiro do prédio nos alertou que isso acontece com frequência com esta empresa e que já houve uma família que esperou por mais de quatro horas.

j'ai vu quelqu'un pour l'appartement du time squere à Hooper street. ( que je n'avais pas choisi )....
Il ne comprenait pas non plus pourquoi ce changement. -

I don't know who dropped the ball on this one but we were put in a less expensive unit and paid the same amount. The unit we were given was online and I didn't chose it for a reason. What could I do??? I had 4 kids with me and we were exhausted from a very long flight and being up for 32 hours by the time we were brought to the other unit. Not happy. Again, thank goodness London was soooo beautiful we will be coming back again but not using this site to book anything.

Had only e-mail contact with the company that rent out this apartment. However, everything went smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Even though there were a few emails going back and forth concerning the change of apartments (the one we booked got under maintenance just a few days from our arrival) it was all treated promptly and professionally and it was all good in the end.
