This apartment is ideal for someone who knows Prague a little, or someone who is keen to try something new.
The apartment itself is perfect, neat and clean. Most of all, it is practical: the shower is great, the WiFi is perfect, the toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is a full kitchen facility with a stove, microwave and fridge.
The apartment is located in a lovely quiet and safe area where there is ample street parking if one has a hired car. Although a little way out of the Prague city center, immediately outside the building is a variety of different public transport options including the Tram No 22 which takes one to (and through) the core of Prague within about 30 minutes.
I loved my stay here. For me, it is definitely "value for money". -

APT was clean and very good prepared for guests.
The neighbourhood was very quiet and no loudness.
Beds were very comfortable.
And there is easy access to the city.
All was fine :) -

A very clean apt in a quite area, a quite house, relaxing atmosphere.
Parking is no problem there. Enjoy to be relaxed there or to be
in the city rush of Prague quite fast.. -

Schöne, große Wohnung, nett und praktisch eingerichtet, alles super. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Jana, the host, was absolutely amazing. She promptly replied to all my queries before my arrival, and even gave me her personal phone number to call in case of any problems (which I didn't have).
Despite my arriving at night on a Sunday, access to the apartment was easy and exactly as described beforehand.
Jana has an office on the lower floor of this apartment building, so there is always (working hours) someone there to assist with any queries.
What I liked most is a folder, compiled by Jana in both Czech as well as in English, with plenty of information regarding the locality, as well as including all the time-tables for the local buses and trams. This came in very useful.
