关于 Harald
Wir sind eine kleine Familie, die in München eine zweite kleine Wohnung hat. Die Wohnung ist so zentral, dass man alle wichtigen Dinge zu Fuß erledigen kann, z.B. Englischer Garten, Biergarten im alten botanischen Garten, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt. Die Fußgängerzone befindet sich vor der Haustüre. Und trotzdem ist die Wohnugn sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Da wir oft im Ausland sind, können wir die Wohnung zwischenzeitlich flexibel vermieten. Bitte melden Sie sich vorher, gerne möchten wir Euch ein bißchen kennenlernen. Und auch ganz wichtig: Bitte gebt Eure Anreiseuhrzeit an! Wir freuen uns auf Euch! Lijuan und Harald

Crystal 5.0 2016-12-25Fantastic location right in the center of the city - short walk to the nearest tram/train stop (and the Hauptbanhof). Beautiful shopping streets nearby. We were there around Christmas time, so it was just a short walk away from many beautiful Christmas markets in the area. Note that the '2 rooms' are actually a bedroom and a living room with a fold-out couch. However, the bed/couch were both extremely comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir waren zu dritt für 2 Tage dort, es ist super zentral gelegen. Wir konnten jeden Morgen dikekt im Müller Bistro & Cafe frühstücken, das sind ca. 5 Gehminuten, wenn überhaupt. Das Preis
Sauber war auch alles, frisch gewaschene Handtücher und Bettbezüge wurden auch schon vorberietet- wie im Hotel. -

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich vor allem das Bett hat eine sehr gute Matratze!
Besonders toll ist die Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon, wenn wir dort wieder buchen dürfen. -

We stayed here for 4 days during Oktoberfest. The location and price were excellent considering the other options that are available during this time of year. The apartment looked like the pictures; however, there is only one bedroom and the other "bedroom" is a fold out couch in the living room. This was not a problem for us and the apartment will accommodate 3-4 people. The place was very clean and secure. The apartment does have a lot of personal items in it, but everything is neat and out of the way for guests.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig.Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Aufzug ist natürlich sehr nützlich, besonders bei An-und Abreise. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und ZOB ist klasse

The apartment is in a fantastic location for being able to get around. The apartment is nice, but it is not two bedrooms. It is 1 bedroom and a living area with a couch to sleep on. It is very small, but okay for 3 people. Be prepared that this apartment is like staying in someone else's home. They have personal clothing, bath items ect. in the apartment. It is not a rental only. Overall good for the money.

Centrally located in Munich. Very convenient. Supermarket was found at Stachos. Car parking was only 100m away. but it costed 20Euro/24hour/
The washing machine was broken when we arrived. This is -1 one for a few stars. -

Wir waren das erste mal in München. Einen besseren Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden gibt es wohl kaum. Praktische, ruhige Wohnung mit allem was es braucht. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen und uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war einfach der Hammer, mitten in der Stadt, direkt Cafe Cord um die Ecke und die UBahn auch! Innen auch alles tip top, richtig edle Treppe nach oben;) Konnte man auch abends bevors losging nett vorm flachbild chillen. Und sau coole Gläser in der Küche:) Alles in allem echt klasse! Empfehlenswert.

Ein sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber ,der keine feste Anreisetermine vorgibt. Man kann je nachdem womit man anreist (Bus oder Bahn)einen Termin mit ihm vereinbaren.
