We actually ended up at the GD Family apartment, which was wonderful. It was wonderful for two people, and could easily accomodate a few more. The location was in a quieter part of the city, but there was a ton of great places to eat, a supermarket 1 minute away, and convenient public transport right outside. We spent a week here and felt very much at home in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Appartamento molto carino, ben fatto e nuovo.
Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più...proprio vicino al ponte giallo e alla metro difronte casa...zona molto elegante e in una via principale...molto ben servita.

The apartment is located right next to the Danube on a quite street. The main tram, Nyugati train station and some of the touristic attractions are pretty close too. Around the apartment there is plenty shops, supermarkets and bars.
The apartment is cosy, well organized and fully equipped. Ideal place to stay for couples or small families.

I can't say enough good things about the place. It's location is very strategic, near the tram line and only 50 meters away from the Danube. The studio apartment is well equipped (including cooking stove, oven, espresso maker and toaster), very clean, well heated and can easily fit three people (one queen bed and one loft bed). The apartment is part of a charming historical building with a quaint elevator and nice inner courtyard. It's very quiet as well. There's a 24-hour market around the corner and a really good Hungarian restaurant next to it, which is apparently very popular since it's always packed when we went there. The Nyugati train station is only about 15 mins walk or 1 tram station away. We're really glad that we found this place. Makes our experience in Budapest all the more special. We highly recommend this apartment!

Greg was very nice and accomodating. His communications were thorough and professional, and his English is very good so there was no communication barrier. Great host.

Greg was really welcoming, friendly and easy going. It seemed that running apartments is his passion so i am sure he will be a great host for anyone staying at his apartment.

The host, Greg, is awesome, friendly and very helpful. We came in at 11pm and he waited for us at the apartment after providing us with a detailed instructions on how to get there. He speaks excellent English, so there was no communication problem at all. He explained to us everything about the apartment in a very clear and detailed manner. All in all, a great host!
