The place was in very good condition, and very clean and the owner even left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. I only found a little issue with the noise in the surroundings... I could hear almost every neighbor in the building and also the train nearby.

The apartment was a good value for money. Because of the presence of scores of mostly men around the area at all time of day or night made me questionned the location. I felt safety could be an issue.

Unfortunately I could not meet the owner personally as he was on vacation at the time I visited but the communication was always very cordial. Instead I was given a contact of a 3rd person to deal with and he was pretty attentive even when he had to wait for me quite a while as the plans of the trip from Stuttgart to Nice did not happened exactly as planned due to traffic and some other issues that I have warned the owner previously to my trip. My overall experience of the apartment deal was very good and I would book it again in the future.
