  Eric has been a perfect guest. He's friendly and communicative. Very quiet and respectful with the flat rules. He always kept the common parts of the flat very clean and tidy. He even left his room really clean when he left.
  This was his first experience with 9flats and I guess it will not be the last one. My advice to other hosts is to rent him their rooms if they have a reservation from Eric.
