I'm a local landlord/manager residing in Singapore managing 63 rooms of various types and sizes. Most of our tenants are long-term tenants residing for 6 months to few years. Once the long-term tenant leaves, the room will be placed here for short-term or even long-term before the next tenant is found for the room.
