关于 Emilio
Hi, everyone. A few words about me. I consider myself optimistic and hardworking. I like reading, music, swimming, cycling... that makes me pretty normal, I guess. One of my favorite things to do is traveling, like the most of the people here, probably, and that's how I got to know this site. In my case, I'm renting an apartement, not a room, so I'm having contact with my guests only if they want me to. If you need any advise about Madrid, you can ask me. And, if I have the time, we can go have a beer around.

Although the appartement is in the center of Madrid, it is very quiet, and there is no need to take the Metro or the bus. The area around Malasana is just great; there are many restaurants, bars and nice places, and the people are very friendly.
The only little thing i want to suggest is that the Air-Condition didn't work well and a few days it was rather hot in the (sleeping)room. -

Very good located apartment in the near of the city center, but it's nearly unable to park a car in the near. The kitchen is very well appointed, you have everything there what you need. There is no lift in the building - for us it was not an issue, but maybe for older people.

Everything was really perfect. Just i missed some music or a tv, and a lamp for reading in the bed:-)

The studio apartment is perfect for a stay in Madrid. Nice apartment layout, even for the four of us. The apartment is clean and beautiful, the shower is amazing and you can cook whatever you want in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine, fridge and A/C and heater which are in top notch condition. Loved the location! Its calm but also very central with restaurants, bars, and shops. All major attractions are in walking distance but the metro station (Tribunal) is also very near.

Staying at Emilio's apartment felt like we were in a luxury hotel ! The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and comfortable. It was a perfect place to stay as a couple. Even if the flat is located in the center of a very lively neighborhood, the place is really quiet ! This flat is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Madrid.

Emilio is a great host and very helpful! We have been contacting through emails before my stay and he was very prompt in replying emails. Very accommodating and helped show us how to use all the amenities. He welcomed us with a smile and makes sure that everything works so we can relax and enjoy our stay in Madrid.

Emilio is a great host, and he speaks very good english. He gave us good advice on the city and what to visit. We wished we'd had more time to get to know him better, he seemed really nice !
