The apartment is very close to Ramlas street, but quiet at night ( we slept like at home in our beds! ) It is a lovely apartment, very clean and we felt comfortable. To explore Barcelona it is a perfect place!

I stayed in Emy and Alex's apartment for 3 nights. They are lovely hosts.
Their home is clean and neat and they make it a nice home away from home. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of most of what Barcelona has to offer. They can also pick you up from the airport, but it is just as easy to get to using the Aerobus. They also supply you with a nice gift upon arrival.
They provide just the right degree of interaction. A guest could be entirely on their own, following their own schedule, or Emy and Alex are open to chats for providing advice about Barcelona -- things that a visitor would probably not know. I would gladly return to Emy and Alex's home in the future. I cannot think of how my visit might have gone better.
