Das Haus ist schön renoviert, die Wohnung sauber und sowohl zweckmäßig als auch ansprechend möbliert. Neben einer gut eingerichtteten Küche stehen dem Gast sogar Föhn und Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind durch die U-bahnstation um die Ecke, S-Bahnstation in der Näche und die Autobahn hinter dem Haus ausgezeichnet. Dank 3fach-Verglasung ist es trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn sehr leise.
