Excellent location near to U-bahn with lots of choice for eating out.
Apartment decorated to a high standard. Sadly didn't get to use the roof terrace as it rained non-stop during our visit!

Prime location for elegant little flat that boasts a a Zoo for a neighbor and countless shopping opportunities, theater and entertainment within close proximity. Luxurious mini penthouse with spectacular views over Berlin! You can even see the Siegessaeule from the stunning green roof terrace that comes with a BBQ and plenty of seating that is perfect for a light summer party and magical when illuminated at night. Spacious boutique apartment brilliantly located on a quiet side street, but still centered in the the pulsating heart of Schoeneberg. The frosted glass separating the rooms and modern minimal interior radiates serenity with an edge to it that stands out. Wir bekamen das "Stay at berlin", ein wunderbares Appartement in bester Lage, viele Cafes und Restaurants und am Wochenende ein echt toller Markt. Beste Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn, einfach perfekt!

Schöne moderne Unterkunft zum Innenhof mit Blick auf die Fernsehturmspitze. Super Lage, weil in der Nähe der Hackischen Höfe, Alex, Museen u.v.m. Ein Tag war es zwar mal nicht so leise (Nachbarn) aber die anderen 4 Tage sehr ruhig. Der DVD-Player hatte nicht funktioniert aber es wurde kurzerhand ein Anderer gebracht. Allerdings hatte auch der so kleinen Macken, was aber kein ausschlaggebender Punkt ist.
Rundum waren meine Gäste, die sich die Whg herausgesucht hatten, sehr zufrieden.
Werde ich bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder gern in Anspruch nehmen.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße an der Spree und ist modern eingerichtet. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Küchenzeile, mit Microwellenherd, Ceramplatte, Kocher etc., kleiner Tisch mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, Bett für zwei Personen, Fernseher, Nasszelle ausreichend groß, gediegenes Design.

Wunderbar der kleine Balkon. Moderne Sitzgelegenheiten und - da auf dem 7. Stock befindlich - Blick ins Grüne a u f den alten Baumbestand der Dortmunder Straße 50 m neben der Spree.

Nächster Berlin-Besuch: Wieder ins Appartment 7. Stock!

Very beautiful and modern apartment in a quiet area, with great views of the city.
Hansaplatz U-banh is really near and has a good connection with Schonefeld airpor by bus. Everything you need for a nice stay in Berlin.
It´s a pitty that the building hasn´t got elevator cause it´s a 7th floor. Then it will be perfect.

Das Apartment liegt unweit des Kudamms, ist dennoch sehr ruhig, da nicht zur Strasse zugewandt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat 2 Balkone. der grössere der beiden lädt zum entspannen ein und verbreitet Urlaubsgefühle. Modern eingerichtet und mit Designmöbeln gut ausgestattet.

The building is a bit old, and unpleasant corridors; but once you're in the small studio, it's very comfy and has all amenities you need. There's a taxi stand just opposite the building. Internet works with a USB key (didn't work with OSX, worked with Windows). Nice balcony for the sunny days.
