When you rent out your home to a complete stranger, as we hosts do, you never really know who is going to stay, or how they will treat it. We emailed a few times and so I felt I got to know Caroline before she arrived, and was totally relaxed that she would be a great guest: and I was right. She was great, and was so appreciative, it felt an honour to have her stay. She is welcome any time.
