关于 Caroline
Née dans le Pas de Calais, venue à 18 ans étudier et convoler à paris, puis m'y installer pour étudier à la Sorbonne, je vivais dans le quartier Latin, adorant ce quartier par tous les bouts. Central, magnifique, intelligent, rempli d'histoire et porté vers le futur, ce quartier me remplissait de bonheur et de joies chaque minute. Je lui ai bien rendu. Pendant deux décennies j'en faisais l'apologie, j'invitais tous mes amis venus du monde entier. C'est après un retour de Londres, que l'on me proposa de louer l'appartement, et dois dire que chacun des locataires fut depuis lors, une joie particulière et un plaisir. L'appartement a été refait. et il est souvent redécoré. Mes livres pour certains sont encore là ce qui donne une touche moins impersonnelle à ce logement du quartier latin et de St Germain des Prés. on y est chez soi sans être chez quelqu'un. Idéal.

Staying in the apartment was a wonderful experience.
- Amazing host, very friendly and helpful. Good comunication about upcoming vist.
- The apartment had everything that you would need.
- The apartment had a good ambience with the decoration and personal bits around the place.
- Must be the best location in Paris. Cafe's and restaurants everywhere. The problem was what one to try next. walking distance to Louvre etc etc.
- Apartment is in very historic street. Old battlement, and stories of revolution, murder and more.Highly recommended apartment, will go there the next time in Paris.

The location is fantastic with many of Paris' landmarks in easy walking distance. Rue Montorgueil is wonderful to buy fresh food with multiple competing bakeries, butchers, fruit & veggie stores, but also has a choice of good restaurants. Literally a few steps away from this, the apartment itself is pleasantly quiet and nicely equipped.
Keep in mind that this is in a historical building, so third floor without elevator. Also with four people you will be a bit tight, as two use the living room for sleeping - the eating table is in a separate small room inbetween, which is very helpful. The kitchen is small (room for one person to move), but equipped with all the basics.

Positives...wonderful location, charming host. Negatives...not very clean and the furnishings are old/worn. A bit pricey for what you get.

Appartement très joli et très propre entre les quartiers de Saint Michel et de Saint Germain. Autour de la maison Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, activitées et Métro.
Vous avez à disposition une salle de bain, une toilette indépendant, un salon avec deux canapés et bien meublé, une cuisine très bien fournie avec la table et une chambre duble avec une belle vue sur la rue et sur Paris.Je conseil fortement cet apartement, il sera surement à la hauteure de vos attentes!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rande einer Fussgängerzone, knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Louvre und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zweckmässig eingerichtet - juste ce qu'il faut!
