Very comfortable, nice and friendly house. It was small but perfect for "coming home" after a long day in the city. Breakfast was "très bon". We (a young couple) stayed only two nights there, but felt quiet home in this cute house. Close to the Metro and in a faster way then we thought in the centre of Paris. We would stay there again!

Paris is a unique Gem in the heart of Europe, and therefore its not a cheap city.

To find in Paris a comfortable acommodation for a low price (around 50 euros) is really difficult.

The neigborhood Malakoff (where the apt is located) is just 15 minutes away from the Champs-Elysees (with the metro 13). This makes it a very good location-price ratio, if you compare the price offered here with the surrounding hotels.

The price might seem a little high if you compare it to other cities of europe (like Berlin or Vienna for example). But for Paris and the location, its really a great price.

The room is clean, the Hosts are great, the location is very convenient. What else can you ask for.

Ahhh and the breakfast croissants .... delightful.

Ein schönes, romantisches "Häuschen" mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren in einem gemütlichen Zimmer untergebracht und wir schliefen in einem sehr bequemen Bett. Zum Badezimmer und zur Toilette hatten wir direkten Zugang. Die nächste Metro war in 5-10 Minuten per Fussweg zu erreichen.

Nice place in Malakoff. 10 Min. to metro station. There are free parkings nearby. 5 Minutes to BP!

B&B vraiment spacieux, et très propre. Se situant à Malakoff, à sud de Paris, un lieux vraiment tranquille à coté du 14ème arrondissement et accessible avec le meto 13 ( Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves/ Malakoff - Rue Étienne Dolet). Autour de la maison Il ya beaucoup de restaurants , supermarchés et activitées. Vous avez à disposition une chambre matrimoniale , une salle de bain, un salon vraiment bien meublé avec un grand sofa et la cheminée et une cuisine très bien fournie avec une belle table.
Il ya un magnifique jardin avec des arbres, un potager et un coin pour se relaxer pendant l'été!
Je conseil fortement ce lieux surtout pour les familles, il sera surement à la hauteure de vos attentes!
