  Arie was a fantastic guest, he was so punctual I was almost late. Very agreeable gentleman, I had to explain the functioning in a bit of a rush as I was working at the time and he was very understanding.
  The flat suited his needs and he told me so, which was great.
  It would be a pleasure to host him again.
