Very new facilities, liked it very much. Its right in the center, no need for Metro or Taxi to get to St. Peter's Basilika or Colloseum. Not right in the tourist spots, so its pleasently quiet in the appartement. Super market is right around the corner.

The apartment was in the perfect area for getting around, it was a quite complex. The only problem with the apartment was that there had obviously been a lot of mould just before we arrived which had been cleaned off. The mould smell was excessively strong and the bed itself was damp as a result of the damp problem that the apartment had. I was able to dry the apartment out and by doing so reduce the mould smell. Even so we had to buy some room deodoriser to mask the smell straight away. While I was able to dry out the bedroom and kitchen to a degree, I struggled with the bathroom. The bathroom begun to grow mould back on the walls within 2 days of our 4 day stay. I have lived in damp places before so I knew what needed to be done. It didn't disappear but it became tolerable within a couple of days. Having said this the apartment was in the perfect place to get around which was a big plus. I was able to get rid of the dampness of the bed by the second night which also helped.

This place was more that we asked for, it was gorgeous but it was also practical. The practical aspects was its location: it is around 15 minute walking distance from The Pantheon, 15 minutes from Pont Sant'Angelo, 30 minutes to the Coleusm!

Additional to this, this apartment has great bath/water pressure from the shower head, there is a cheap Carrefour near by, and It also offers free WiFi.

This rental is highly recommended!

We were there at silvester. Bevore we arrived Andrea called because of a defect heating. So Andrea organized a great hotel room nearly 100 meters away from the apartment. We could use the apartment at the next day. So we had no stress with anything.

The apartment is perfect for a city trip. Did nearly everything by feet. 5 min to the ponte de angelo and 5 more to vatican. Great cafes and restaurants arround the flat.
Had a very nice time there!

Tout simplement parfait, nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec ma copine, l'appartement dispose de tout le confort que l'on souhaite dans une location : baignoire 2 places, grand lit confortable, climatisation, machine à laver, cafetière italienne, le tout dans un décor vraiment très agréable , l'appartement ne donne pas sur la rue comme on pourrait le croire, il faut passer une porte pour ensuite accéder à la porte de l'appartement, c'est donc très calme, nous avons vraiment très bien dormi, le plafond est une baie vitrée ce qui nous permet de se réveillé avec une douce lumière le matin, bref nous sommes vraiment conquis, l'appartement est aménager pour la location, on donc pas l'impression d'être dans la vie de quelqu'un comme certains appartements, je suis d'habitude plutôt difficile mais la je n'ai vraiment rien à redire c'était vraiment super, la localisation est vraiment parfaite, 10 min du Vatican, 5 min de la superbe piazza navona, bref parfait ! Merci beaucoup !!

Really nice and clean apartment situated in the center of Rome. You can go everywhere by foot and enjoy the city life.
It has an air conditioning which was very helpful these hot days.
As we arrived at the apartment we received the keys from the shop next door.
I can really recommend the apartment!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Man kann alles leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Schräg gegenüber dem Appartement befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Auch die Busstation befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Apartment liegt zentral in einer schönen Ecke Roms mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes, Bars und Geschäften in der Nähe. Die Räume waren groß genug und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Bei der angebotenen Unterkunft ist die LAGE das Highlight. Zu Fuß: Vatikan 15 Min, Piazza Navona 5 Min, Engelsburg 10 Min, Trevi-Brunnen 15 Min, Spanische Treppe 15 Min, Kolosseum 20 Min. Da die Gassen zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten so schön sind, vegehen selbst die wenigen Fußminuten wie im Flug.
Desweiteren ist das Appartement sehr ruhig gelegen, da es sich in einem Hinterhof befindet (dadurch auch sehr sicher).
15m vom Appartment entfernt, befindet sich ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant (Fattoincasa), welches zum einen durch Service und Qualität besticht und zum Anderen angemessene Preise aufruft.
75m vom Appartment entfernt, befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt in dem man von MO. - SO. 09-21Uhr alles notwendige bekommt.
Im Umkreis von 300m schließen sich minimum 20 weitere Restaurant an. Die Bushaltestelle ist lediglich 200m entfernt.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Appartments sind ebenfalls sehr gut! Für alle die Rom zu Fuß entdecken möchten eine absolute EPFEHLUNG!

Very good location ! Nice and clean flat. We missed a place to sit outside like we had in Barcelona last year, but maybe we can't expect that in the centre of Rome. Only one tip for Andrea : if you could make the ceiling more attractive, the whole flat would look even more attractive.

It was fantastic - perfect location on such a cool street that we probably wouldnt have discovered otherwise. Andrea was so helpful - we texted on our way from the airport and he was outside the appartment to welcome us on arrival. Loved it!

The place was perfect for our trip to Rome. We were so happy with the location of the appartement and the beautiful street. Per arrivare all'appartamento consiglierei di prendere un autobus dalla Stazione Termini in quanto non ci sono delle fermate metro vicine. E' posizionato vicino Piazza Navona e al Pantheon, in una zona che permette di raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi quanto c'è da vedere nel centro di Roma. La cosa che più mi ha colpito sono le mura interne fatte con dei sassi antichi che lo rendono davvero particolare. E' composto da una camera da letto, un bagno (con vasca) e una cucina completa di tutti gli accessori. Appartamento piccolo, poco luminoso ma funzionale.

Appartement: Sehr stylisch und neu eingerichtet, mit TV und Heizung im Schlafraum. Auch WM vorhanden. Alles funktionierte gut. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl - daher: Gerne wieder!!

Anregung: Heizstrahler im Bad.
Manko: Aufsteigende Feuchte. Luftentfeuchter bringt einige, nicht alle Gerüche weg.
