  Alberto has to understand that 9flats it is a site of households and not a hotel.

  Alberto is not a tolerant person.

  As for the cleaning, Alberto has nothing to point to. I can guarantee that the apartment is clean for me and I would be unable to receive guests without having a clean house.

  In addition I am not only a host, I also use to be a guest in 9flats and I know how to manage.I am accustomed to accept any unforeseen situations as they may happen in our own house.
