The place is good, new and all works. Unfortunately I have a "not so cool" partner in the B&B and he let the kitchen and the bathroom unbeliveble dirty.
It's not fault of the B&B but they didn't check as well.
The locations is good, not so near to the town but possible to reach the "hot spots of Rome" A Tip: Bus 49 .
Overall, the place is really good, it just need some attention about service.
Sure I'll appreciate stay again
