the location is fantastic,being close to train station,groceries and bakery with with quiet surroundings, the apartment is spacious and well equipped. our kids liked the living turtles in the tank.

If i ever going back to Munich, this apartment is a big reason for it!! It really felt like home..there are few decent restaurants, bars, and supermarket in the neighbourhood, and the area is far from the noise and crowd and easy to relax. And the underground station is only 5 minutes away...the apartment is exactly like the pictures, and there is everything of necessity is available..it was really clean and tidy and furniture is almost new...the balcony is a major plus for people who smokes a lot...the price was very good for the Oktoberfest period as well!...i totally recommend this to everyone

The appartment was in a good location and was comfortable and clean. The sleeping space was appropriate for two. On the downside the washing machine was broken, there wasn't any spare linnen and the noise from the shop next door could be quite loud in the morning. Only one set of keys provided, which was challenging when we wanted to go out separately.
