A very homely, clean, tidy and comfortable flat. Very stylish indeed. Also, a nice range of German design magazines made very interesting reading.
Good TV, good bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Really easy access to public transport and in a very pleasant, quiet neighbourhood.The only slight negative is, that as my husband is a broad shouldered chap, we found the bed a little on the small side. (Note to hosts: It's a really good sized room, so if you're getting another bed ever, consider getting the next size up!). It shouldn't stop anyone renting the apartment though.

It is a very cosy, light, clean, calm apartment, in which everything is very well thought out. I especially appreciate that in the kitchen one can find everything, which is necessary for cooking and even more. The furniture is very comfortable. The location is perfect. It's approximatelly 7 minutes by walking to the station Dammtor. A very beatifull park "Platen un Blomen" is quite near. Supermarkets are also very close to this place. If I come to Hamburg one more time, I will definetly stay only in Martin's apartment.

Top Lage, direkt am schönen Alsterpark. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch sind Restaurants, Einkaufsmarkt und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Man benötigt ca. 10 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, der Hauptbahnhof ist nur wenige Stationen entfernt.
