The place was good enough. I suggest to complete the tableware with a couple of bowls, just the necessary to mix a salad or something (two small bowls for desserts are not enough to prepare a light dinner). I missed a coffee maker, which is one of the differences between being in a hotel and being on your own in a suite. When the stay is for more than a week, is indispensable to have some stuff for a light cleaning. Even for a couple of days, is necessary to have something to clean the table, etc. I never understood the option (which we payed) of paying something more for the cleaning service, because if it is daily the amount is not enough to ask for it to the host, and if it is for the final cleaning, it shouldn't be optional (that's a misunderstanding with 9Flats, not with the host, which I suggest to be clear in the moment to confirm the reservations).

The place was very nice, especially with the little garden. The location was wide enough and there was free Wi-Fi. This place is also near the New York City (30 minutes in Subway). We recommend this place for your futur holidays!
