The place is nicely located around 15min from the old town and less than 10 from University Science campus (by foot). It is comfortable, with all the facilities needed, i.e. the bathroom and kitchen are for private use. We stayed only for one night, but it would be also good choice for the longer stays, as you have feeling of privacy. The contact with the host - Monika was very good.

Alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist echt toll, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, beim schönen Wetter kann man auch im Garten frühstücken. Die Lage ist prima, ruhig und man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen. Peter war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch einen Parkplatz zur Vefügung gestellt. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!
