The location of the flat is just perfect for a trip to NYC! Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of cool bars, restaurants, delis and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment itself could use a basic cleaning (and maybe a washbowl in the bathroom ;-)) but sheets and towels were clean and that is what counts if you use the flat only for sleeping and a quick shower during your stay in NYC!

the location of the appartment is gorgeous in the heart of the east village with a lot of bars, restaurants and nice shops around. it is great to have your own private space after a long day exploring the city. in comparison with hotels in nyc the value-for-money ratio couldn't be better.

Beautiful flat, very very clean (no bugs!), Great view, sunny, quiet (no noise from the street - week end), very near from a subway station and markets (food and coffee). My family (with two young boys) loved it! Only problem: Internet was not available during the time we stay there (3 days/nights). Host's apologize about it. Thank You !!!
