A small, but very well designed apartment that has everything you need for a great stay. Very good markets are a two minute walk away to stock up on excellent produce. Being on the ground floor, it has no views but a perfectly located comfortable apartment to come home to after a day of exploring. Would stay there again.

Totally fine! Small room but has everything you need. The couch made a very comfortable pull out for up to 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped, with toaster, microwave, the whole shebang.

The place is not far away from metro-lines, making Paris very accessible.
Parking however is a another issue, but the host was very helpful.
We found the place tidy and clean, a very nice interior, however rather small.
One last thing: the refrigerator sometimes was loud during the night, perhaps take along some earplugs. -

The apartment was just as described and very well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Paris and the surrounding quarter was very attractive as well. The facility manager was there to meet us, showed us everything and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.
