The place is exactly as described. Perfect conditions, nice location, underground parking with a reserved parking slot, all facilities you need, good connection to the centre via public transport, near the motorways, if you want to drive somewhere, supermarket is close by, and a centro commerciale with hypermarket and many shops is in close proximity. Very recommended.
