Für uns die besondere Erreichbarkeit von Palma. Die Bushaltestelle auf dem Weg zurück fast direkt vor dem Haus. Ich würde die Wohnung unbedingt wieder mieten!

Super Wohnung. Elektrische Geräte und Badezimmer neuwertig. Der Fußboden so sauber, dass man sich darin spiegeln konnte. Schnelle Anbindung zum Flughafen und auch nach Palma Zentrum. Etroski, kleiner Gemüseladen und Patisserie fußläufig zu erreichen. Waren zum Fahrradfahren auf der Mallorca. Gerne mal wieder.

Alles wundervoll - auch das Essen im fischrestaurant direkt unten an der Promenade!! Nur zu empfehlen...

In der Küche alles da: Salz, Pril, Öl und Essig, Mülltüten, sogar Mücken-Vertreibungs-Spray - alles war sehr sorgsam und gastfreundlich vorbereitet. Supersauber, Appartment ist nagelneu renoviert und eingerichtet. Nachteil: TV nur spanisches Programm und nach vorn raus eine befahrene Straße - wobei man im hinteren Schlafzimmer nicht viel davon mitkriegt, weil man zwei Türen zumachen kann.

Good: The location and urban area was really nice. Good to go out eating and have a nice walk at the beach. The appartement has everything and is as shown on the pictures. Palma central is easy to reach.
Bad: The renting contract should be provided in english, not only spanish.
