We had an amazing 4 months living here - it's perfectly located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with any shop or supermarket you could want within 5 or 10 minutes walk, a free public sports complex 10 metres away, and only 30-40 minutes walk to the centre (or 3 stops on the underground, so you can buy the cheaper short fare ticket!) The area feels very safe as well - we often went out at night without any trouble.
The apartment is spacious, clean, and feels welcoming and homely. It has a washing machine, TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe that aren't mentioned in the description, which were more than enough for our purposes. It was easy to clean, and everything worked well. One thing to watch out for is not to let any water spill when you wash up, as there is no draining board and the cabinets are prone to water damage. Other than that we had no issues whatsoever, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody coming to Berlin.
