Das Apartment war perfekt! Besser als wir es uns vorgestellt haben und sehr sehr sauber! Beschreibung der Lage und Busverbindung war auch super. Super Urlaub! Thanks!

Gute Lage, gute Busverbindungen, sauber, nette Leute, nötige Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar, Preis/Leistung völlig ok.

The apartment was exactly as discribed, compact and clean. Master bedroom was big and comfortable, bunk bed was too small for two teenage sons, upper bunk was OK, but the matress on the lower bunk was quite high, making it impossible for 14-y.o to fit in. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, the local color, restaurants, the bus stop was in front of the apt.building, we took line 22 to Hoboken, visited Cake Boss´s original shop on first night in town. Also the commute to Manhattan and back was very easy with the jitney bus just around the corner. Only thing I did not know and what was a slight problem to us, that the apartment was on the 3rd floor, the staircases were quite narrow and we had a lot off luggage! But this is our problem, not the hosts! Otherwise I hardly reccomend this apartment for discovering Manhattan with children.

Really close to Manhattan. The bus stops are just a few minutes away. of the appartment. The flat is like discribed. Everything was clean. We felt very good there. You couldn´t find a place in NYC for that amount of money.

El apartamento lo encontramos en muy buenas condiciones de estado y limpieza. El apartamento se encontraba muy bien equipado lo cual nos ayudo a tener una magnifica estadia. Esta es una muy buena opcion para tener en cuenta en nuestra siguiente estadia en NY.

If you want to save time (and money) and avoid annoying traffic everyday, this apartment will be a great choice. Max. in 20 minutes one can get to Manhattan. That's pretty priceless knowing the NYC traffic situation, right?

We did not meet Hermann, but called him twice. There was a relative of his -Liliana - meeting us, she was very polite and helpful. We had just slight mishap leaving the apartment. We had to check out at 10 AM, which is understandably too early for europeans, but somehow I managed my sons to wake up at 8 on Sunday morning, pack last stuff, take shower and carry our luggage half way down by 9.55AM. We were sitting at the kitchen table by 10.00AM and quess what!? Nothing happened! Nobody came, nobody called, the numbers did not answer, I called, send messages and nothing, for whole hour. At last at 11.00 AM I was able to contact one of the numbers given to us and she just said, that no one is coming, just leave the key on the table. Ok, We did that. This is the only negative note, but we should have agreed about our departure upon arrival, because we were leaving on sunday morning. So you should do that!

Hermann provided us with all information we needed, e.g. where to eat, where to do our daily shopping and how to get to and from Manhattan. He was available 24/7 which was a great comfort for us! Thank you, Hermann!
